According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, 9.6% of Americans were unemployed as of year-end 2010. That’s 14,825,000 people. What’s more, “nearly 11 percent of unemployed persons had been looking for work for about 2 years or more in the fourth quarter of 2010.” Faced with these staggering statistics, the single most important issue of this decade is “bounce back.” It’s imperative.
